Our client is a boutique investment bank based in New York City. They are looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join their growing team. The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for performing reviews of their North American operations and making recommendations for improvements to their risk and control structures.  Because this is a small team, individuals should be comfortable in a hands-on environment.  The Audit Manager will interact frequently with senior management and there will be some travel required to domestic locations.? ??

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of audit experience in public or private that has focused on the financial services industry.  Excellent communication skills are required and some knowledge of fixed income, equity or derivative products is a plus.  An MBA or other professional certifications is also a plus.? ??

Salary range is $100k to $115k + bonus.
